I love being a certified personal trainer and helping people reach their fitness goals. It’s such a rewarding job. I see transformations in my clients on the outside but on the inside as well. Part of the transformation involves gaining inner strength to complete physical tasks and that same internal strength can assist you when you are facing challenging times in your life.
I haven’t always been fit or exercised consistently. After giving birth to my daughter I knew I wanted to make a change. I was out of shape. I started exercising and lost 30 lbs! It became a passion of mine to help others lose weight, get fit and enjoy the process. I have helped women prepare their bodies for pregnancy and helped them rediscover their pre-pregnancy body afterwards. I have helped numerous individuals with a variety of fitness objectives. Prenatal & Postnatal Training

A program for highly motivated individuals. Online training allows you the flexibility to train while recieving support from a trainer via e-mail.

I started working with Kristi about a year ago. After many years of starting a fitness program and stopping after a short time, she has helped to keep me on track and continue to workout. New Leaf Personal Training brings you Total Body Boot Camp. We offer two, three, and five classes per week.
Camp Details:
1. Centrally located at Live Oak Park
2. FREE nutrition seminar on Sat, Sept 4th 10am.
3. Spaces fill quickly for this unique experience!
4. Pricing for the total six weeks:
$300 Five days per week
$180 Three days per week
$120 Two days per week
5. Participants burn an average of 700 calories per class.
6. You will need: An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights ( 5-8 lbs.), running shoes
7. Expected results when you complete camp are:
3-5% reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation, 5-12 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inch decrease in the midsection, 25% improvement in endurance, 25% in crease in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence.
